Refund Policy Overview: All payments made to EcoFlex Cleaning Services are non-refundable.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If, for any reason, you believe that our cleaner may have missed something during your cleaning appointment, kindly notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will be more than happy to send a cleaner back to address the specific areas of concern at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Rescheduling Appointments: If you find the need to reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. We will work with you to find the next available date that suits both our schedules.

Cancellation Policy: In case you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. When you adhere to this notice period, we will retain the amount you paid as a credit on file. You can use this credit toward a future cleaning appointment. Please note that any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment are not permitted.
